Low Risk/High Return trades are difficult to find, but SPP's fit the bill perfectly. The only downside is only a small amount is all that can be used, but it's a great way to get started with a small amount of capital!
2) Income - Renting AU Shares
Our Income portfolio is designed for just that - generating income! Everyone's heard of renting out a house, but renting shares? It's easy, it's a great earner and we don't need to be so careful about stock selection. A proven strategy but it does require a bigger bank than the others. This strategy can be used in both the Australian and US markets. In the US market we copy a professional trader, and the advantage with renting shares in the US is we can do it with less capital, as they allow stocks to be 'rented' in smaller lots. That makes this great strategy more accessible to everyone!
Income - Renting US Stocks
I’m sure you know how to rent out property, but did you know you can also rent out your stocks? This strategy is great for generating income, and it doesn’t matter whether the shares go up in value or not. How good is that?
3) Value Investing
Here we reveal all the factors we take into consideration when looking for the best underlying value in companies and their share price, for each and every strategy we implement with our own money. A simple system of fundamental analysis we perform, just like great investors such as Warren Buffet!
4) Growth Plus - Protected Equity
The Growth Plus portfolio is a little more aggressive, but also well protected. Using a combination of shares and options, we can multiply our returns substantially. Our risk is fixed yet our upside is unlimited! We can ride out short term volatility and even adjust losing trades.
5) Easy Options - Credit Spreads
This has been our ‘staple diet' for a long time, generating high returns over many years. Using only non-directional option ‘spreads', we can trade up, down and sideways markets. A bit riskier because the trades are short term, but the returns can be impressive!
6) Active Options - US Option Trading
A professional trades our account on the US markets using Volatility and Momentum trading. Short term trading, this portfolio is active and quite aggressive. Can return massive numbers, but the risks are commensurate with the huge upside. Only a small bank needed - a great diversifier!
